5. Refund Policy
We strive to provide only the highest quality service. If you are unsatisfied with the result of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and, if warranted, offer a corrective service at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Royal Garage Clean and are not guaranteed for:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment

Subjective dissatisfaction with results clearly communicated in advance
We reserve the right to refuse service or refund if a customer is abusive, fraudulent, or acts in bad faith.
